    研究概述:
        通过比较人类与猕猴等近缘物种,解析驱动人脑特异性发育的新遗传元件,对理解人类智能形成及相关疾病至关重要,但当前仍面临重大挑战。课题组之前的研究围绕特色数据产出与挖掘,算法开发、建模与解析,机制发现与验证,解决了猕猴信息资源体系存在的问题,为研究提供了特色的近缘物种数据支撑;通过“实验-计算-实验”迭代优化,准确鉴定了人类新遗传元件集合,筛选出潜在的功能性元件,并揭示了部分新元件在促进大脑增大、认知功能提升方面的新机制。目前研究方向包括(1)构建多物种、多层次脑发育图谱,定义人脑特异发育的表型集合,并开展AI驱动的数字生命建模,整合多层次表型信息,揭示新遗传元件驱动人脑特异发育的完整路径;(2)从多元件协同和新旧元件融合的角度,解析多个新元件如何协同作用,共同驱动复杂的脑发育过程;(3)研究新遗传元件与肿瘤发生发展的因果关系,评估其作为肿瘤特异性新抗原的转化医学价值。
