    张春霞,博士,研究员,博士生导师
        2010年于东北林业大学获学士学位,2017年于中国科学院动物研究所获博士学位,毕业论文入选“中国科学院优秀博士学位论文”。2017年-2022年在哈佛医学院/波士顿儿童医院进行博士后研究。2023年加入中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所,任零一创新中心研究员,并入选国家海外人才引进计划。研究成果发表在国际知名期刊Nature, Nature Cell Biology, Science Advances, Genes & Development, Nature Communications等。

    研究领域:

        从受精卵到生物个体的发育过程中,细胞命运必须受到严格的调控。研究和揭示细胞生命本质及命运转变规律是生命科学领域很重要的课题。了解胚胎发育过程中细胞命运转变的分子机制,不仅可以揭示单细胞受精卵如何形成有序、有规律的胚胎,建立不同的组织器官,从而构建出一个复杂而功能强大的生物体,还可以揭示细胞命运如何发生无序转变,最终引发癌症等疾病。
        实验室主要通过高通量多组学测序技术结合生物信息学分析,从多维度探索哺乳动物早期胚胎发育和疾病过程中细胞命运转变的分子调控机制。
