    李红菊,博士,研究员,博士生导师课题组组长
        2004年获河北师范大学学士学位,2010年获中国科学院遗传发育所博士学位。2010年留所工作,先后任助理研究员、副研究员、研究员。获 “国家优秀青年基金”“国家杰出青年基金”资助,入选中国科学院青促会优秀会员,获“卫志明青年创新奖”、“益海嘉里优秀导师”奖。任Seed Biology、JIPB、Originality编委、中国植物学会理事、植物结构与生殖生物学专业委员会主任。

    研究领域:

    课题组主要研究植物有性生殖发育的分子调控,以模式植物拟南芥、水稻和豆科植物为材料,解析花发育、传粉受精及种子发育的分子调控机理,以及发育程序与环境的互作机制。

    1.挖掘关键基因,探究其在单双子叶植物生殖效率和杂交育种中的应用,探索杂交育种技术新策略,以促进种间优良基因重组,创制新物种和新种质,拓展杂种优势利用范围。

    2.解析种子发育的分子调控机理,建立种子改良、单倍体诱导和无融合生殖技术体系,服务杂交育种和制种。

    3.解析植物生殖发育与环境之间的互作机制,探索环境智能型植物新理论。
